To initiate, promote, disseminate, advance and encourage veterinary public health activities To create "esprit-de-corps" among its members and safe guard the professional skills, ethics and interests To hold conventions, meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences etc. pertaining to the field of veterinary public health and allied activities To publish and circulate scientific journals on veterinary public health and related subjects To encourage education research and communication in veterinary public health and publish transactions and other papers under the auspices of the association To undertake activities conducive to the attainment of the above mentioned objectives
